Quanique Valera "Q" is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Sex Therapist, Florida native and mom to one tiny human and two dogs.  Q has a diverse background  and a passion for helping people people find their hope and inner strength. Life keeps changing and it can be hard to keep up when you don't feel like your best self.

With me you will have a calm, accepting, friendly, safe place & together we'll develop a personalized plan to help you build confidence, communicate needs, create boundaries & move towards a more authentic confident version of yourself. I tailor my techniques to your specific needs. I am trained in TF-CBT, Mindfulness, EFT, EMDR, Perinatal mental health, Accelerated Resolution Therapy and I am trained to complete evaluations for bariatric surgery.
